For more than 20 years, IDSS has been responsible for Equipment Acceptance Surveys at several New or Renovated facilities.

These are what are known as Condition Assessment Analysis and are performed on newly installed HVAC machinery in new or renovated buildings prior to signing off the Building Contracts. The type of problems encountered range from poorly installed machinery, to manufacturer defects. The new mechanical equipment problems are quite extensive which, if not corrected, will incur damage leading to replacement of equipment and extra labor costs at the “New Owners” expense.
